A lot of our work involves Bio Retention and Stormwater Management. In the design of such facilities or their installation, our team works well with the Seattle Building Department and their Drainage Directors to find creative solutions to sustainable drainage design.

We help people convert Rain Gardens or Bio Retention facilities to Dry Wells to create more usable space. We do Simple Infiltration testing to determine site feasibility and Green-Factor designs for Multi-Family Development.

We take our role in the growth and development of our fine city quite seriously, and we hope to help you find a sustainable option that supports our environment while preserving the best on-site use of your space.
